Online Meeting Slips

Submit Meeting Slips online to receive credit for meetings missed due to work or MFRI class. If you have any questions, please contact the Secretary.

Important Points:

Credit is awarded towards the 5 meetings needed to run for office or vote in elections. LOSAP credit is not awarded.
You may not submit a slip prior to a meeting you will miss.
You must submit your slip within 2 weeks of the missed meeting.
For individuals enrolled in classes, or who have standing evening hours, you must submit a slip for each meeting you miss.
